1. Agreement
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Service
The App helps you record food expiry dates, quantities, storage locations and shopping lists. Features may be added, changed or discontinued.
3. Important food-safety notice
Dates, storage estimates, priorities and notifications are management aids based on entered information and general guidance. They do not guarantee food quality or safety. Check packaging, storage condition, smell, appearance and official or manufacturer guidance, and make the final decision yourself.
4. Accounts and data
FROSTOCK does not require its own account. iCloud sync and family sharing require your Apple ID and iCloud environment. You are responsible for your devices, Apple ID and sharing participants.
5. Advertising
The App is free and advertising revenue supports its operation. Advertisements and linked destinations are provided by the ad platform or advertiser. The developer does not guarantee individual products, services or advertising claims. Applicable law and the advertising providers' terms govern advertising privacy choices.
6. Prohibited conduct
- Use that violates law or public policy
- Interference with the App or external services
- Unauthorised access, modification or excessive automated access
- Infringement of another person's rights or interests
7. Intellectual property
Rights in the App, logo, text and interface belong to the developer or the applicable rights holder. You retain rights in the food data and photos you add.
8. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The App is provided as is. The developer does not guarantee data completeness, notification delivery, continued availability of external services or fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for indirect or special loss arising from use of the App.
9. Changes and governing law
These terms may be changed when needed. Important changes will be noted on this page or in the App. These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and jurisdiction will be determined under applicable law.
